I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience with David Keller, Luis, Hiram, Kyle Kammers, Kim, Sarah, and Richard! From the moment I walked in, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. David, as the service manager, went above and beyond to ensure my car’s repairs were handled with precision and care. His professionalism and clear communication gave me total confidence that my car was in the best hands. Luis was incredibly helpful throughout, making sure everything ran smoothly, while Hiram provided exceptional customer service that really stood out. Kyle in the parts department made sure all the parts I needed were available and delivered on time, preventing any delays. His knowledge and efficiency were a huge asset. Kim, Sarah, and Richard were all fantastic too—each contributing to the excellent customer service experience, ensuring that I was well-informed and taken care of. Dusty was excellent on working the deal. Detail guy delivered the purchased Jeep wrecked with paint damaged. Nick made things right and swapped us to another Jeep. We left dealership with Detail guy delivered the purchased Jeep wrecked with paint damaged. Nick made things right and swapped us to another Jeep. We left dealership with Jeep running bad. Found it was in 4wd. Moved to 2wd and now runs well. Sales dept was great but detail dept and final delivery need work. Would highly recommend Dusty and Nick. Five star for sales. one start for detail dept. More
