Mona is great I came in for an oil change and a recall on my car where I was getting a rent I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Klaben. Mona is great I came in for an oil change and a recall on my car where I was getting a rental car. I get there Mona gets me all taken care of the rental was already at the location. I didn't have to wait for the rental company to open up, which would have taken me another hour or so. I made it to work on time. Mona called me a few hours later when it was completed( a lot faster than I thought). Thank you for another great experience Greg Ferrell More

Major repair of leased vehicle 4 months from lease end Reported a scraping / grinding noise from rear wheels. After service review, it was discovered that rear wheels had brake pads worn away and rotors Reported a scraping / grinding noise from rear wheels. After service review, it was discovered that rear wheels had brake pads worn away and rotors badly gouged - after 32000 miles. Price quoted to repair was $400. I had a brake pad coupon from Klaben Chrysler Dodge for brake pad service from a recent service on my Dodge truck. I was told that the coupon was invalid at Klaben Ford Lincoln. I asked for price reduction consideration since vehicle will be turned back in in 4 months (after 36 month lease). I was given a price relief of $20 - COMPLETE INSULT!! I had the repair done at another auto repair shop for much less than half of Klaben's price. The rear caliper on the left side was found to have bound up causing the pad and rotor premature wear. Front brake pads were totally fine. Right rear pads and rotors were slightly damaged but not near as bad as the left rear. In my opinion, this should have been covered under warranty because it was mainly specific to one wheel. The lease of this 2015 Lincoln MKZ has not been a good experience. All 4 tires (Michelin) completely wore out after only 20,000 miles and brakes went bad after 32,000 miles. This is totally unacceptable - especially for a high end vehicle. Bottom line - no more leasing; no more Klaben!!! More
