I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. New lease with Jeep this time I have been a loyal klaben ford customer for years now and love my sales guy Roscoe Woodberry! He is so personable. I found myself looking for a chan I have been a loyal klaben ford customer for years now and love my sales guy Roscoe Woodberry! He is so personable. I found myself looking for a change from ford since I didn't think the smaller SUV's fit my needs or style and couldn't afford to pay more. Anyway I decided to check out klaben Jeep and found what I liked right away at a payment that fit my needs. John Coco explained everything about the car to me and worked with me on the payment. Roscoe met us over there and helped with the deal. I feel very lucky to have two great salesman! Klaben has been a great dealership for me and they treat me like family. I will keep going back. More
