I’ve serviced my car at this location since 2013 and always have an amazing reception. Melissa, my service rep is amazing. My last service call went well, I was to get a uber to take me home but when always have an amazing reception. Melissa, my service rep is amazing. My last service call went well, I was to get a uber to take me home but when Melissa found out I had cancer she arranged a loaner for me which was amazing as she didn’t have to. I had to call back a few days after my service because I fell into a pothole which resulted in a burst tire. I needed immediate service and I called her and she made it happen so I could pick up my car on time to make my chemo treatment on Monday 16th of March. I call this excellent service which is a reflection on Melissa going above and beyond to support me. It also puts a good light on the dealership on the sort of personnel they hire to support their customers. Keep up the good work, this customer is very pleased with the service I received!! More

It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure you leave completely satisfied. It did take a little while for the guys to get our car during pickup (asked my husband twice what the vehicle number was) and the garage smelled like marijuana when we walked in after paying. The smell disappeared after standing there awhile. We also noticed 2 employees commenting on the smell as well, so they are aware.
