I’ve serviced my car at this location since 2013 and always have an amazing reception. Melissa, my service rep is amazing. My last service call went well, I was to get a uber to take me home but when always have an amazing reception. Melissa, my service rep is amazing. My last service call went well, I was to get a uber to take me home but when Melissa found out I had cancer she arranged a loaner for me which was amazing as she didn’t have to. I had to call back a few days after my service because I fell into a pothole which resulted in a burst tire. I needed immediate service and I called her and she made it happen so I could pick up my car on time to make my chemo treatment on Monday 16th of March. I call this excellent service which is a reflection on Melissa going above and beyond to support me. It also puts a good light on the dealership on the sort of personnel they hire to support their customers. Keep up the good work, this customer is very pleased with the service I received!! More

I recently had a great experience at the BMW dealership, and I have to give a special shoutout to Melissa Gibson. Melissa is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what we need to have and I have to give a special shoutout to Melissa Gibson. Melissa is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what we need to have done in our X5. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable — no pressure, just great service. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure you leave completely satisfied. It did take a little while for the guys to get our car during pickup (asked my husband twice what the vehicle number was) and the garage smelled like marijuana when we walked in after paying. The smell disappeared after standing there awhile. We also noticed 2 employees commenting on the smell as well, so they are aware. Overall, satisfied with the service and will continue to take the car to this dealership.. More

Our client advisor, Jay Miller, and sales manager, Wilmer Rodrigue and they have always taken great care of us. Our latest purchase was no exception. Our client advisor, Jay Miller, and sales manager, Wilmer Rodriguez, are both fantastic to work with. They understood exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and made the entire purchase process smooth and easy. We’ve actually moved away from the area, but we still come back here for our vehicles because the team takes such great care of us every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Recently, we also had an emergency service need on another vehicle, and the team stepped in right away. They took great care of us, got the car fixed quickly, and even made sure we had a loaner so we could get home without any hassle. Their level of service and commitment to their customers is exactly why we keep coming back. More
