The most amazing car experience of my life !!! Lexus of North Miami was amazing - I endured great hardship with other dealers - making a car purchase so difficult - almost two months - back and for Lexus of North Miami was amazing - I endured great hardship with other dealers - making a car purchase so difficult - almost two months - back and forth it just took a toll and had basically lost hope with cars !!! - Until - I believe it was between a miracle and a dream come true - I was referred to visit Lexus of North Miami - basically at this point had nothing to lose -- - And from step 1 when I walked in until now - I have nothing but great things to talk about - I was so fortunate not only a sales rep but an awesome friend - Lori - was so patient - professional -easy going - and thought of the smallest details with my new Lexus CT until this day - I smile with much joy because I would never imagine to drive a Lexus and much less have such a superb experience. Matt - had a great attitude -especially at 930 pm - I was the last one to leave with my precious car !!! he was extremely helpful - and upbeat attitude ! Lexus North Miami Saved The Day I'll try and make a long story short. I ercently made the mistake of not listening to my gut and leasing a Mercedes GLK. The minute I drove off the I'll try and make a long story short. I ercently made the mistake of not listening to my gut and leasing a Mercedes GLK. The minute I drove off the lot I knew I made a mistake. Fortunately the dealer had a 3-day return policy. I immediately called Lexus North Miami, which I had already visited, told them of the situation and asked if they could help me out. The next day I returned the Mercedes and ended my day driving off in my new Lexus NX. My Sales Associate, Jose Salas went above and beyond to help me going so far as to pick me up at the Mercedes dealer when I returned the car. Jose steered the entire process and he and the entire team were excellent. Their insurance specialist researched better deals for me while simultaneously transferring my insurance to my current carrier. Matt, the Finance Manager made the finance paperwork process simple and fast. When all the t's were crossed and i's dotted, Jose took me through all of the car's bells and whistles (and there are a lot of them!) until I was 100% comfortable. Best part was driving off in my new Lexus NX with the exhilaration I didn't feel the day before. Since then Jose has made sure to follow-up with any questions or concerns I might have. Even though it all worked out in the end wish I has listened to my gut and fine with Lexus in the first place. More

Best Experience for sure! Justin and Paul are the best. My past experiences with sales were kinda sketchy and always had some hidden agenda. But with Justin and Paul, No BS, they just give it to you straight what exactly the customer needs based on what the customer is looking for. I got my new ES 350 and i'm very pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend both Justin and Paul. After we agreed upon the deal, Matt Silva was very helpful in quickly processing all my paper work, my insurance, it was just a pleasant experience over all. The reason it was pleasant because they don't just push and talk about selling a car to the customer. They help the customer based on their situation and they do every thing in their power to make the situation work for both customer and the dealer, in the end both would be happy with the deal. More
