From the first time I contacted the dealership, they were very responsive and friendly. There were no gimmicks or pressure to get me to look at cars above my price range. I was immediately able to test drive the car that I had called about. She accepted a competing trade-in offer which was a little higher than their trade-in offer without giving me any problems or attitude. It felt like Maria was on my side to help me get the car that I wanted at the best price possible. I wasn’t able to purchase the car on the day that I came in and so when I came in the next day to complete the transaction, Maria had $600 taken off of the original price that we had negotiated on. I have always purchased my cars to CarMax because I did not want to go through fighting with the dealership about price and financing. All of that was avoided with Maria at Lexus of North Miami. The process was very straightforward and easy and only took a few hours from start to finish. I left feeling like I got a great car had a great price. Thank you so much Maria for helping our family out. We really appreciate everything you did for us. I will definitely be back for my next car. More

Improves pick up times I Went in for a standard maintenance. The dealership improved their pick up times from the last time my husband picked up my car. They did refute my husbands account of the pick up times but I know that he did text me quite a few times about how long the wait was and i’ve also experienced waiting for a while between them texting when it was ready and actually being able to pick it up (not as long as him though) but I was pleasantly surprised that it only took a couple minutes to get the car this time.
