my first Lexus well buying a new car is never easy. after going to multiple dealers to trade my truck in i was disgusted as to how dealers treat us and what they do. well buying a new car is never easy. after going to multiple dealers to trade my truck in i was disgusted as to how dealers treat us and what they do. A friend recommended i go and talk to Lexus of North Miami. after a week of aggravation i headed to Lexus of North Miami and from the moment i walked in their door i was shocked as to how well i was treated. they are all respectful understanding and just an amazing group of people. Diego Biedermann was my salesmen and he is outstanding, i can honestly say it was a pleasure being around such an amazing man. He made my time there a true pleasure along with his aid. The financing was easy and Matthew Silva made the dreaded signing time a true pleasure. while we were signing the finance agreement their aids went and took the items from my trade in and placed them in my new Lexus. to the guys at Lexus of Miami i am still at aww as to how amazing i feel after this fantastic experience. both my father and I thank you. you have earned my business for life! and a special thanks to Yoni Edery you are an amazing man and businessman. More

My boyfriend and I went into the dealership looking to trade my corolla in for a new GS350. While looking through the showroom we were greeted by the staff; everyone was very courteous. We immediately saw the car in the show room we wanted. A Atomic Silver Gs. We started speaking to a sales representative, Joshua Rosa. Mr. Rosa was very open to help us with our trade and seemed genuinely interested in making our a experience, a pleasant one. He explained to us the numbers and even took it a step further to speak with the managers a couple of times to see if we could break even with our trade. I would recommend Joshua Rosa to anyone seeking to buy a vehicle, as he did go above and beyond to meet out expectations. Mr. Rosa then introduced us to Mathew Silva, a Business Manager that would help us with the financing. The thing I most enjoyed about Mathew Silva was that he was very easy to speak to. I usually dread speaking to anyone in finance because of their, lack of a better word, "stubbornness" and "pushiness". He explained everything in a way that we could understand and actually learn with. We left that night extremely impressed and over joyed with our brand new 2015 Lexus GS350. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! And to conclude, I am happy to suggest that if you visit this dealership, ask for Joshua Rosa and Mathew Silva. You wont regret it! More

Best experience hands down! This Lexus dealer kicks butt. To be completely honest, I didn't go to the dealer to get a new vehicle (I was accompanying friends). My friends were bu This Lexus dealer kicks butt. To be completely honest, I didn't go to the dealer to get a new vehicle (I was accompanying friends). My friends were buying a new car and throughout the process, which felt more like a visit to a friends home, I became interested in getting in a new car. Our salesman, Justin Adderly, was extremely patient with us (he even took a really late lunch for us). He gave us a complete tour of their amazing facility, waited for us to have lunch (please try the prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich), and worked on our deal diligently. Justin guided me in the right direction and helped me take home the car I truly needed. Matthew Silva in finance also had so much patience with us. Usually people in finance are grouchy but with Matthew, it felt like we were longtime friends - great attitude and personality. Last but not least: Yoni, thank you for treating us like royalty. I've never had such a great experience at a car dealer and I know this is in part because you are there. Long story short, I left my Mercedes parked in their lot and took home a brand new Lexus. Please visit this dealer the next time you're in the market for a new car - you wont be disappointed. More

High End Costumer Services I have many experiences buying cars... from Nissan to Mercedes and some other brands. When we arrived our idea was just to walk around meet the staff I have many experiences buying cars... from Nissan to Mercedes and some other brands. When we arrived our idea was just to walk around meet the staff and see what the dealer will offer us. Personally I wasn't thinking in buying two cars yesterday. I had two bad experiences with the a Lexus dealer in West Miami-Dade, and I promised to myself NO MORE LEXUS. Well this team blow my mind, made forget my past bad experience and suddenly I fall in love with the Lexus brand all over again. I am recommending you this place, even if you are not planning to buy a car, just pass by talk to Justin Adderly in the sales team, manager Yoni Edery and financial Matthew Silva just to mention and few and you will feel like home. This is what I call high end costumer service and they even sell Tom Ford sunglasses. What else would you ask? You have a Hotel in Dealer, I won't say much just pass by, go in by wrap a cortadito and a sandwich, by the way their food is amazing. You won't be sorry. Best costumer services ever. More
