2010 Prius broke down in the area due to disconnected intake manifold hoses. Cleveland Service dept was responsive to help get us back on the road, but they did not discover the root cause of the vacuum intake manifold hoses. Cleveland Service dept was responsive to help get us back on the road, but they did not discover the root cause of the vacuum hose problem. So 200+ miles later our Prius engine stopped working again right off interstate 75. We lost another day of travel and the added costs. The second Toyota dealer then did more research and discovered a related TSB that Cleveland Toyota did not uncover, and we had replaced a purge valve canister. Green's Toyota in Lexington did solve the problem. We wish our first visit to Toyota of Cleveland had figured it out with our first breakdown. More

Alfred was great to work with, answered all my questions and concerns. Gave me the time I needed to make my decision without any pressure. Our story is about the miracle workers at Toyota of Cleveland. We had our 2017 Highlander for maintenance at Toyota of Cleveland and had no intention of buying a new car for we truly value our 2017 Hig Cleveland. We had our 2017 Highlander for maintenance at Toyota of Cleveland and had no intention of buying a new car for we truly value our 2017 Highlander. Greg our salesperson had told my husband how difficult it is to get any car let alone a hybrid SUV due to shortages. Greg made clear that finding one available could take up to two years so my husband asked him to keep an eye out for one in the future. Greg was looking for any available vehicles when a 2022 Hybrid Highlander popped up on his screen. He was in disbelief. Since Dale had left the vicinity Greg called Dale’s home and explained to his wife the incredible news. Once Dale returned home, he learned more about the vehicle and was unsure of some of the features; especially since it was a 4-cylinder. Greg insisted that Dale should at least see and drive it once the Highlander arrived at the dealership in few months. Greg would keep it under Dale’s name. Only a few weeks passed when the dealer expected delivery. Once at the dealership they had the beautiful shiny black 2022 Toyota Hybrid Highlander ready by the second day when we arrived to do the test drive. We both felt that the Hybrid Highlander was everything we would want and even more. The 4-cylinder outperformed our current 6-cylinder, the engine was so quiet one could not hear it running, the comfort and design were exceptional. The most important feature is that the SUV had a range of more than 600 miles. We spent the rest of the day on a pleasurable agreement with the sales manager on price and signing many documents. We were proud and delighted owners within the day. We would not buy another make other than Toyota and would not buy from any other salesperson than Greg and any other dealership than Toyota of Cleveland. We appreciate their professional way of doing business, and the miracle of the purchase of the vehicle of our choosing. More
