They fixed what I needed fixed on my car but left it a mess. The headliner of the car is covered in black finger and hand prints. I've used Toyota of Cleveland for about 9 years and have always had a great experience with them. I've had 3 leases with them, the last of which I'm buying. On that note, Austin was very helpful with buying always had a great experience with them. I've had 3 leases with them, the last of which I'm buying. On that note, Austin was very helpful with buying out my lease. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to run the numbers on several variations of the options available to help me make the most informed decision possible and for that I'm thankful. Crystal in finance was equally helpful and patent with me finalizing the loan. I also have to thank Angelia in the service department. She was very helpful and informative when I had specific maintenance related questions about my new vehicle. The staff at Toyota of Cleveland have always been kind and professional and I can't think of a single bad interaction with them all the way from the sales and reception staff to the financial and service department. I would definitely recommended them to friends and family looking to get into a new or used Toyota or to service their existing vehicle. More
