Lloyd was extremely helpful. He kept me informed of the progress of the service visit. It was a hot day and there were some delays. I had an emergency. My sun roof would not close and it was due to rain. It was after 4 in the afternoon. I immediately called Joyce Honda service. I was told to bring it right in and I did. I was seen w was due to rain. It was after 4 in the afternoon. I immediately called Joyce Honda service. I was told to bring it right in and I did. I was seen within 5 minutes. Lloyd Wilson said it would have to stay overnight and arrange for shuttle. I did but with in 10 minutes Lloyd came in to the waiting room and said the problem was fixed and I could take it home. I appreciate Lloyd's extra effort in correcting the problem. The car is still under warranty so no charge. I am very pleased with Joyce Honda Service. More
