I had an emergency. My sun roof would not close and it was due to rain. It was after 4 in the afternoon. I immediately called Joyce Honda service. I was told to bring it right in and I did. Lloyd Wilson said it would have to stay overnight and arrange for shuttle. I did but with in 10 minutes Lloyd came in to the waiting room and said the problem was fixed and I could take it home. I appreciate Lloyd's extra effort in correcting the problem. The car is still under warranty so no charge. I am very pleased with Joyce Honda Service. More

Unlike some dealerships, there was no pressure for un-needed services, and I know from many years of using the Joyce Honda service department that they conduct a comprehensive look at everything so that I feel comfortable that my 15 year old car with 160K miles is unlikely to have any unexpected issues. So far so great!! I highly recommend Joyce Honda service department, and Lloyd in particular. More
