I had an emergency. My sun roof would not close and it was due to rain. It was after 4 in the afternoon. I immediately called Joyce Honda service. I was told to bring it right in and I did. I was seen w was due to rain. It was after 4 in the afternoon. I immediately called Joyce Honda service. I was told to bring it right in and I did. I was seen within 5 minutes. Lloyd Wilson said it would have to stay overnight and arrange for shuttle. I did but with in 10 minutes Lloyd came in to the waiting room and said the problem was fixed and I could take it home. I appreciate Lloyd's extra effort in correcting the problem. The car is still under warranty so no charge. I am very pleased with Joyce Honda Service. More

This was my first service after purchasing my CRV last year. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Lloyd greeted me when I arrived to drop off my car. What a nice man! Lloyd was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. The staff provided me with transportation home and back so that I could do other things while my car was being worked on. me. Excellent visit -- very well taken care of by Lloyd my service advisor. Lloyd was helpful in arranging for me to secure new tires for my 2006 Honda Odyssey along with an oil change and repair of a leakin service advisor. Lloyd was helpful in arranging for me to secure new tires for my 2006 Honda Odyssey along with an oil change and repair of a leaking valve cover gasket. Unlike some dealerships, there was no pressure for un-needed services, and I know from many years of using the Joyce Honda service department that they conduct a comprehensive look at everything so that I feel comfortable that my 15 year old car with 160K miles is unlikely to have any unexpected issues. So far so great!! I highly recommend Joyce Honda service department, and Lloyd in particular. More
