I am very disappointed. They cracked my windshield, attempted to give me the car back like that, and didn’t think that I would notice. Luckily, I did not drive my car off the lot before noticing that my windshield was cracked from the “mechanic” replacing my wiper blades. It appears that one of the wiper blades was never replaced although I paid $30 for all blades on my Honda CRV to be replaced. I will never return to Joyce Honda. Time and time again I’m unconvinced by this dealership . I will go to Madison Honda instead. More

Had we known the windshield was cracked after the wiper installation, we would have acknowledged it immediately and brought it to your attention rather than allowing you to discover it yourself. Transparency is important to us, and we regret that this experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. While you were still at our dealership, we had the opportunity to review what happened, determine the cause of the damage to the windshield, and resolve the issue without hesitation. We appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention and are sorry that this experience fell short of the level of service you expected from us.
