Excellent visit -- very well taken care of by Lloyd my service advisor. Lloyd was helpful in arranging for me to secure new tires for my 2006 Honda Odyssey along with an oil change and repair of a leakin service advisor. Lloyd was helpful in arranging for me to secure new tires for my 2006 Honda Odyssey along with an oil change and repair of a leaking valve cover gasket. Unlike some dealerships, there was no pressure for un-needed services, and I know from many years of using the Joyce Honda service department that they conduct a comprehensive look at everything so that I feel comfortable that my 15 year old car with 160K miles is unlikely to have any unexpected issues. So far so great!! I highly recommend Joyce Honda service department, and Lloyd in particular. More

Lloyd Wilson was a great help. He explained the 30k service which I accepted and authorized. He offered a driver to take me home as the service would take a few hours. He texted me later to let me know part of the scheduled service was done during a previous visit so that wouldn't be needed and the cost would be adjusted. He didn't try to upsell and I appreciated his honestly. You have a good man there working for you. More

Very kind friendly and helpful! Found that there was a recall on my AC condenser and the repair was free. Got frequent updates on the status of my service. Lloyd was wonderful. I had gotten new tires at BJs this week had an alignment performed at Joyce and my TPMS light piped on day afterwards. Turns out BJs had broken my back 2 sensors. Lloyd told me to go week had an alignment performed at Joyce and my TPMS light piped on day afterwards. Turns out BJs had broken my back 2 sensors. Lloyd told me to go back to BJs which I did, and they replaced both sensors and apologized but then smaller off a wheel lug! I drove back to Joyce, Lloyd took my Odyssey immediately and had lug replaced. I then drove back to BJs and had them reimburse me for the lug and labor. Horrible day, not the way I wanted to spend my Sunday but Lloyd was so kind and understanding, he made it better. More
