The service advisor said I needed an alignment and filters and back windshield wiper totaling 269 plus tax. When they rang up the bill they quoted me over 429.45. When I questioned it they brought it filters and back windshield wiper totaling 269 plus tax. When they rang up the bill they quoted me over 429.45. When I questioned it they brought it down to 304.75 which still didn’t make sense. The bill showed fluid rear differential replaced with 116.00 charge. I don’t know if this was done or not as I doubt it was needed. I feel I was taken advantage of as 269 plus tax isn’t 304.75. Also I had an 8:30 appointment. I was still waiting at 11:00. When I asked the girl up front to check to see why so long she said she would but never did. I had to wait until another woman walked in to ask her. I shouldn’t have been there for almost 3 hours for the work that I was initially quoted. I am very disappointed in the service I was given. The problem was resolved and explained by Erick. More
