I've unfortunately only been a Joyce Honda customer since around 2019. Well, can't change what's happened in the past but I'm happier than ever since I've switched from Toyota (was a customer of Toyota for around 2019. Well, can't change what's happened in the past but I'm happier than ever since I've switched from Toyota (was a customer of Toyota for over 3 decades). I am really very happy with the sales and service departments. Everyone is always a delight to deal with. It's almost as if each individual is a customer service manager and has to do his/her best to satisfy the customer. The extremely knowledgeable Kelly is my go to in the service dept. and Joe is the best salesman I've ever dealt with !! Jim Grecco was right many many years ago when he personally told me to switch over and try a Honda. Thanks to everyone More

My husband and I were in the market for a truck. Johana Horta was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond and confirm dates and times. This was our first dealer ship that wasn't CarMax or Johana Horta was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond and confirm dates and times. This was our first dealer ship that wasn't CarMax or Auto lenders (no haggling). Their pricing was fair and no hidden fees, only doc fee and taxes. Johana answered all our questions and requests. One request was having the tire sensor replaced. Lloyd had wonderful communication and no issues since. I have recommended Joyce Honda to a few people already! More
