I didn't appreciate how I asked questions first before the diagnostic of my car and was charged 111 dollars to just check what was wrong with my car and my car wasn't even fixed this is the second time th the diagnostic of my car and was charged 111 dollars to just check what was wrong with my car and my car wasn't even fixed this is the second time this has happened to me for commission purposes and it's unfair to people I called prior to my visit and was rushed off the phone because it was close to closing time and before my appointment I asked valid questions and was still charged and left with my engine light still on More

I'm been going there for ten years on and off and Landon was the best customer service person I've had. When they thought my repairs would take more time Landon set me up with a loaner car for the rest of t was the best customer service person I've had. When they thought my repairs would take more time Landon set me up with a loaner car for the rest of the day and I was able to go back to work. I was bracing myself for an estimate that would be more than I could afford but then got a call the next morning that the service techs also fixed my sunroof in an hour! To have great friendly customer service with a can-do attitude and transparent and fair service gives me confidence and comfort to always make Metro Mall Mazda my place for repairs going forward.
