Not sure why I was told that I had a nail in my tire, and then recommended replacing it with a new tire costing approximately $500. Prior to me accepting the replacement, the car was placed back in the parki then recommended replacing it with a new tire costing approximately $500. Prior to me accepting the replacement, the car was placed back in the parking without me having being shown the nail. When I checked for the nail I could not find it, neither could the person assisting me with it. Shouldn’t I have at least been shown where this nail was located prior to placing it back in the parking slot at C9? More

The customer service was great and everyone was nice. I didn’t have an appointment and they still got me in. The only thing is they didn’t do the inspection on my truck like normal. Katie was wonderful. I enjoy bringing my car in and working with Katie Fuller. Always friendly and knowledgeable. So wonderful! I was trying to get to Mississippi to get married that weekend and ended up with a flat needing a new tire the day we were supposed to drive. They squeezed me in and were able to get my tires changed in 3.5 hours! So so thankful for their help and understanding with my situation! More

Courteous employees. My son brought his 2019 Tacoma in for service at around 66,000 miles in March. The 60K service specifies a transmission service. Unfortunately, Cobb My son brought his 2019 Tacoma in for service at around 66,000 miles in March. The 60K service specifies a transmission service. Unfortunately, Cobb County Toyota’s service adviser did not add that to the service. 2,000 miles later, the truck was diagnosed with needing a new transmission torque converter. Research indicates that low transmission fluid can cause issues with the converter. The estimate for the new torque converter is about $4,000. We are not very happy. More
