Negotiating a car deal is the least of my favorite things to do but working with Joe Lipari changed my perspective. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sold and was informative and patient w to do but working with Joe Lipari changed my perspective. I did not make my purchase that day and Joe was fine with that. There was no forceful pressuring. When I did decide to make the purchase, it was seamless. My last car purchase took hours to complete. Ralley had everything in order and I went from the financier to the genius who was very patient showing me the amazing dashboard and how to navigate the functions. Joe even encouraged me to make a list of questions and come back a second time to meet with a genius which I did after a few weeks of driving. The second genius I met was as knowledgeable and patient as the first. I have driven a Mercedes for 40 years and after driving this BMW, I won’t be going back. This vehicle drives like a dream and the advanced technology makes driving an amazing experience with each drive I go on. I also experienced a visit with the service department to purchase touch up paint and that department is run as efficiently and smoothly as all other departments. This was an all around fantastic experience. More
