My 2022 230i had been experiencing a creaking sunroof. I had visited the dealership four times for this issue. Although the noise disappeared after service, it would then reappear weeks later. Service adv I had visited the dealership four times for this issue. Although the noise disappeared after service, it would then reappear weeks later. Service advisor Heather was always friendly and eager to help solve the problem. During my last visit I asked to speak with the service manager and mechanic to help me understand what the problem could be. Both Joe and Matt worked together to help me understand what was causing the rattling creak and how to remedy the problem. They physically showed me where the problem lies and how to fix it when it reappears. I was pleased with the solution and how the team worked together to respond to my requests. More

What a rip off! Car went in for a oil change with a check engine light on. Ended up with a $1,100 bill and no issues found related to the check engine light. Took Car went in for a oil change with a check engine light on. Ended up with a $1,100 bill and no issues found related to the check engine light. Took advantage of my wife by recommending $1,000 worth of unnecessary services. Car had 45k miles dealer recommended replacing the spark plugs. BMW recommends they be replaced at $60k or 6th oil change. When I raised the issue with the Service Manager, he lied to me and tried to say that the car's algorithm dictates when the spark plug replacement is required. Not true and he knew it. Then, we I raised the fact that the service was the car's fifth oil change, he tried to explain that the first oil change actually happens at the factory. Clearly, he thought I am stupid. Lastly $619.69 to replace to cabin air filters are a complete an utter rip off. Dealer took advantage of a women who trusted the recommendations and didn't know any better. What a complete and utter rip off! More
