My sales rep Darrick was excelkent. I was disappointed that everytime I bisited the showroom , nobody from the glass office ever came over. Because of my professional travels all my life I have owned about 25 new and/or used cars and dealt with many dealerships. Koons Ford in Annapolis is by far the BEST one I have worked with. When I test d owned about 25 new and/or used cars and dealt with many dealerships. Koons Ford in Annapolis is by far the BEST one I have worked with. When I test drove the used car with 50K miles the salesman pointed out an issue with the rear bumper and said they would fix it before I bought it. One week after I bought it I had major issues with several electrical items, fuel gauge stopped working, back up camera stopped working, trunk would not open and convertible would not operate. They asked me to take it to the nearest dealer for the make (BMW) as I lived 90 minutes away. the dealer diagnosed the issue and worked with John Powell and he took care of the issue and covered the cost to repair. This has never happened in my 40 years of driving (being treated fairly by a car dealer). Even the BMW tech was surprised how easy they were to work with and commented that is usually not the case. If you need a new or used car go to Koons Ford first. The next time I need a new or used car I will go to Koons Ford in Annapolis First. If you are buying ask Koons Ford for my cell and call me so you know this review is legit. More

The buying experience was easy but given a 90 day warranty with transmission issues was a nightmare! Our vehicle was in shop twice in first 30 days. Zero communication! I had to call multiple times a warranty with transmission issues was a nightmare! Our vehicle was in shop twice in first 30 days. Zero communication! I had to call multiple times a day just to get an answer. Manager “who was on our side and helping the situation” went MIA, to this day never returned a single call! We are new parents again with demanding jobs. We were left working full time trying to run a child to the sitter and another the other to after school activities in one car. We asked for a rental as our vehicle was still under warranty and physically just sitting in a shop not being touched for several weeks waiting for the Blue certification from Ford to approve the work, you would think we were asking the world of these people to make this situation better! Even our local dealership who had to do the repairs apologized and made it clear they had no affiliation with Koons whatsoever. Koons should have been our voice, should have advocated for us but didn’t. The person inspecting our Armada continued to “not show up” to do our inspection. We went without our vehicle for a month. The absolute worst, nightmare. We wanted to work with a business who put their customers first and this didn’t happen. We finally got our vehicle back and the work our local shop did was perfect but to have Koons have the Blue certification take care of the warranty work was terrible and to be honest, it felt like they were sitting on the vehicle waiting for the warranty to expire. What a shame. More
