I made the mistake of dropping off my car the night before. After calling customer service 5 times, and leaving messages for return calls, I finally got an answer THE NEXT DAY about my car. John LaValle was nice and did get back to me so you got 2 stars for him. Otherwise it would have been one star. I realize my car is under a company name but I gave this information to customer service and on the voicemails. Ironically your "new sales" department was able to reach me to try to try to buy my car. But the service dept. didn't even know my car was there. If you aren't going to check the drop box, don't bother having it. And return phone calls. More
