Had a great experience with the service department, very professional & respectful. I love it!!! this time, it was something different. i use to travel 40 miles but now will think twice before stepping in for service. i have spent nearly half the cost of my vehicle in last 10 years, completed with Joyce miles but now will think twice before stepping in for service. i have spent nearly half the cost of my vehicle in last 10 years, completed with Joyce Honda. Till my last visit, i had excellent review because they charged for ONLY required replacement or services. this time parts were for $ 116.00 and labor was $ 258.00..... that's surprising..... if not, then i would be wrong due to the mindset i developed this time. i received recommendation to replace tires which has 5 / 32 depth with a cost of $ 730.00 !!!!! More

Always great to do business with whether I have an appointment or not. The shop is clean. They take note of my concerns and do a thorough check out of the car and I feel they are not trying to sell m appointment or not. The shop is clean. John promptly approached and inquired my need as soon as I stepped out of the car in the service center. The cost and complimentary service were explained in details.
