I was glad they got the job done with my car. Just didn't like to find out that they had previously put my air filter wrong. I pretty much drove my car around for a whole month like that. For some reason the maintenence did not appear in your computer system when I made the appt. I took the document with me just in case to prove I had coverage. That is a little concerning when the contract computer system when I made the appt. I took the document with me just in case to prove I had coverage. That is a little concerning when the contract was part of my purchase at the dealership. I had been charged for oil changes in the past and have been reimbursed. Each time I take my vehicle I just have to prove I have a maintenance contract. Not the best way to get an oil change. More
