My Rogue was towed to Elk Grove Nissan and John helped me right away. Turned out to be a big deal and I was super stressed. It was going to be several weeks to fix. John got me into a rental which Nissan cov right away. Turned out to be a big deal and I was super stressed. It was going to be several weeks to fix. John got me into a rental which Nissan covered. John even called me on his day off to keep me posted and help keep things going. It ended up being less time than they thought. John and Elk Grove Nissan took care of communicating with my secondary warranty company so everything was covered!!! They really made what could have been a nightmare turn out great! More
