I was looking for a specific Frontier with a long bed. Bryce located a vehicle. We met on Saturday and the vehicle came from Colorado and arrived at the shop Sunday morning. It was nice to take it to my home dealership they were able to fix the problem that my car had been brought in for and they did it in a timely manner and I got my car back within the days they told me. I had a great experience with Bryce. The finance department was predatory in their strategies of trying to sell me a warranty. One of the finance managers said, “I can’t guarantee the ca The finance department was predatory in their strategies of trying to sell me a warranty. One of the finance managers said, “I can’t guarantee the car you’re purchasing won’t need a new engine or transmission.” He was so desperate to sell me a warranty that he started bashing his own product. I went alone to finalize the sale and I can guarantee if my husband was with me they would have stopped after the first time I said no. I understand selling warranties gets the finance people a commission but after several no’s, they need to move on and finish the deal. More
