Jerry has been with the AH Ford family since 1987. He started as a parts driver, then became an advisor, manager, and has been our Service Director since 2005. Jerry's passion for customer satisfaction has not only made him lead our Service Department to an unprecedented amount of awards, but that is how he met his wife. She was a disgruntled customer until Jerry resolved the issue and asked him to marry her 8 weeks later. They have been married now for over 15 years.

Our the past few years, we have purchased the following new vehicles: Ford Fusion Hybrid, Focus, Edge, and Explorer ST. We have also purchased a used 2019 F-150. One of the principal reasons why we continu new vehicles: Ford Fusion Hybrid, Focus, Edge, and Explorer ST. We have also purchased a used 2019 F-150. One of the principal reasons why we continue to return to Arlington Hts. Ford to purchase vehicles is the excellent Service Department. Jerry Hood, Service Manager, Mike Waddle, Service Rep., the other service reps., and the mechanics have never disappointed us. We feel like we are valued and appreciated because we are truly "heard," and service staff seek to address our concerns. More important, our vehicles are maintained well, and if a repair is needed, staff are "on it" and perform great work. Kudos to the Arlington Hts. Ford Service Department! More
