Cameron and Jeremy Thomas in the service department were very helpful to me without any obligation to do so. A local auto shop was trying to drastically inflate their labor time for work on my vehicle, so very helpful to me without any obligation to do so. A local auto shop was trying to drastically inflate their labor time for work on my vehicle, so I called Toyota of Cleveland to see what their standard labor time would be for the same work. Cameron and Jeremy spent half an hour on the phone with me (around closing time, no less) making sure I got all the info I needed. Thanks again, you two! More
