Unexpected lack of Ford feature after the sale On the whole I was extremely happy with the way I was treated at the dealership from the time I entered until the time I left. However, since I made a specific request about a safety feature, I was disappointed to find out Ford does not have it. The salesman indicated that the car did have automatic headlights but failed to mention they only turn on during dim lighting. Shame on me for not doing more research before buying the car. It wasn't until my wife mentioned that my lights were not turning on that I discovered the fault. I will put up with the inconvenience of turning my lights on manually from now on. More

Helpful, no pressure tactics! I was approached in the lot to see if I had any questions, and I just wanted to look around at the stock-- the salesmen, Eben Wicks, actually let me w I was approached in the lot to see if I had any questions, and I just wanted to look around at the stock-- the salesmen, Eben Wicks, actually let me without grilling me. He said he'd be available inside if I did have any questions. I decided to test drive a vehicle and the process wasn't a grueling time suck, Eben was able to explain the differences in trims to me and I took one for a spin. The test drive was actually fun, I was able to speak with Eben about more than just the car which helped ease some of the nerves I had. I knew I would be purchasing a vehicle in the near future-but I knew I could wait for a bit if I wanted to as well. I found the vehicle that I wanted (all the amenities I was desiring) and it was thankfully affordable. Both Eben and Doug Carter worked with me and thoroughly explained my options and allowed me the chance to think things over before I made the decision. I really appreciate that they gave me time and space to make my decision. In fact, I left the dealership to think on it-got home and knew it was the car for me right when I walked in my door. The financial portion was explained thoroughly by Jennifer Bowen-she was super organized and efficient. I accidentally filled out the wrong portion of one of the contracts and she wasn't phased, she just whipped up another one and let me start over. She was kind and didn't make me feel silly for asking questions. I really enjoyed all of my interactions with each of the folks I dealt with, at one point-I was asked if I knew Eben because we were getting along and telling stories of our past athletic injuries and cracking up one another. He was a good dude, same with Doug Carter-we share a mutual friend and that was cool to find out. More
