The manager there was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the service representative was just looking for a sale. Didnt even make small talk or look at me twice. When I told him I needed a ride Unfortunately the service representative was just looking for a sale. Didnt even make small talk or look at me twice. When I told him I needed a ride he gave me stare down. I told him when I spoke to someone over the phone they said I could have a ride. He did give me a rental. The problem was his attitude didn't make me feel like a valued client. I was more of a transaction. And it was because he couldnt sell me anything. Wont be back to that location. More
