My toyota tacoma just turned 1 year old last week and it is a great truck. I really love the service at Handys in St Albans and it's the second truck I have gotten there! Ali is the best salesman and after is a great truck. I really love the service at Handys in St Albans and it's the second truck I have gotten there! Ali is the best salesman and after the first truck I asked for him again. The service department is really great also. Naim is really nice and answers any questions or if you have specific requests he takes care of you. They are a good team. More

The staff are polite, but the work ethic is lacking. 'Half done' seems to be good enough for them. I was not satisfied at all with the "service" I received. Just one example of their lack of concern for customer privacy, you cannot opt out of supplying the make and model of your car in this review, so I simply made one up. More

This is my second time buying car from Handy Toyota. I bought my 2024 Toyota tundra from Handy Toyota. Every time I visit Toyota, they have excellent service all around.
