James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible. Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”. Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

Once again, Heiser and staff continue to go above and beyond for us. This is the second new vehicle that we leased from Heiser in the last month. We have purchased and leased many vehicles over the years beyond for us. This is the second new vehicle that we leased from Heiser in the last month. We have purchased and leased many vehicles over the years. When we walk in the door we are recognized by the staff and are welcomed as part of the Heiser family. Everyone from Roger, Jakub, James, Shahat, Toyota Tom, and the new general manager, Gary Jaros, are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond what you would normally expect from a car dealer. In fact, we never consider going to any other car dealership--only Heiser! More

**UPDATE** After finding out that they sold my dad an extended warranty he didn’t want, I contacted them the same day and the next to get it removed. Both times, I’ve been sent to voicemail, and no one h extended warranty he didn’t want, I contacted them the same day and the next to get it removed. Both times, I’ve been sent to voicemail, and no one has bothered contacting me back. Very shady and dodgy. It’s like, once they make a sale on you, all customer service is out the door. I don’t recommend. They kept trying to upsell us and I had gotten a lot of the packages removed. However, the final day of signing, I couldn’t go with my father due to work. And they chose to use that to their full advantage by selling him an $850 unneeded extended warranty. Contact us at any time. We want this canceled. ———— Darren was very friendly and efficient. He was accommodating. It felt like there was no hassle with him. Darren puts the customer first and he wants you to have the best experience. We’ve bought from him a few times before, and we will continue buying from him again. Thank you! More
