Peter seemed distracted. I chose to wait and was disappointed in the snack options compared to other dealers I've used for my Honda. Little things that elevate the experience were missing. Reason it was not an average 3 was I knew there were recalls and Peter never addressed them, we got no updates on the car. When the car was ready I had to bring up the recalls and Peter seemed surprised that there were any and admitted to never checking.

I’ve been taking my Toyota to Heiser for regular
maintenance and have generally had a positive experience. The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable, the technicians do solid work, and my

Appointments are usually easy to schedule, and they explain the recommended services clearly without unnecessary pressure. Overall, the team has been reliable and professional.
That said, I’m disappointed that free car washes are no longer included with service visits. This is the second time I’ve noticed this change, and it’s a noticeable step back from the previous perks that made the experience feel more complete.
Because of this, for our next Toyota Care visit we will be trying Russ Darrow instead to see how they compare. I hope Heiser brings back the complimentary washes or finds another way to add value, as we’ve been loyal customers and would like to continue coming here.
