I’ve been taking my Toyota to Heiser for regular maintenance and have generally had a positive experience. The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable, the technicians do solid work, and my maintenance and have generally had a positive experience. The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable, the technicians do solid work, and my vehicle always leaves feeling properly serviced. Appointments are usually easy to schedule, and they explain the recommended services clearly without unnecessary pressure. Overall, the team has been reliable and professional. That said, I’m disappointed that free car washes are no longer included with service visits. This is the second time I’ve noticed this change, and it’s a noticeable step back from the previous perks that made the experience feel more complete. Because of this, for our next Toyota Care visit we will be trying Russ Darrow instead to see how they compare. I hope Heiser brings back the complimentary washes or finds another way to add value, as we’ve been loyal customers and would like to continue coming here. More

We had a new vehicle that we wanted to add a trailer hitch onto. Peter got a detailed estimate of the price and we got everything installed just a few days later. Came in earlier this week to get my rav4’s electrical wiring looked at. Engineer Peter Miszewski was extremely unprofessional and made me and my wife extremely uncomfortable. He wouldn’t stop talking abo wiring looked at. Engineer Peter Miszewski was extremely unprofessional and made me and my wife extremely uncomfortable. He wouldn’t stop talking about Donald trump and how much he hates immigrants. While trying to asking him question related to the vehicles it seemed the salesman was more engaged with social media and sharing memes attacking trans people. Eventually we decided to leave and will be going to a different Toyota dealership. More
