My experience initially was great. Things were going smooth. Only small complaint early on was I felt like I had to prompt them to get back with me about certain things. I live in Michigan the dealer in Wisconsin we were coming into some logistical issues picking up the car. We had some miscommunications about me wanting to get it delivered. But they offered to meet me half way. Which was nice. But then finding me an additional driver posed to b challenging. After some back and fourth we were able to line up a day. And here’s where things really fell apart. We had 4 business days to get this lined up. Somewhat complicated task with time zone and schedule constraints. I was the only one working on this. I continually asked for driver information thy couldn’t provide. Didn’t know who was gonna do it. But 10 emails back and fourth with Javonte. He told me that they would b able to meet me at 11am central time 12 eastern. Which was my zero time in order to get either myself or my wife back to get our kid from school at 3. All was well. Until the morning of the meet. I was blind driving for an hr. The same time they shoulda been driving with no contact from anyone there. I email Javonte he says ohhh yeah. They left 35 min ago. But he’s on a day off and not in office. So I call. Eventually get with mark. Sales manager who says they will b there at noon. I say who’s noon. Bc noon central doesn’t work for me. And kinda got a lot of attitude from mark insinuating it was my fault that I had to do it today. But what really made me mad and almost call off the deal was. MARK told me they left 20 min ago. Does he need to call them back. And he gives me the drivers number. Finally. But when I call the driver he tells me they just left 2 min ago. So they messed up the time there were gonna leave. They were gonna leave and instead of just owning it they double and tripled down on the lies all the way up the sales dept. Just liars. And it’s never a good feeling buying a used car from a known proven liar. The car seems to b as advertised no complaints. And it was obviously what I deemed to be a good deal bc I bought the car. But after they proved themselves liars I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else. More

Very much a wonderful experience. Never felt pushed. Time was taken to explain in detail procedures that needed to be addressed. Christine wonderful sales lady same with Jorge explained various items in the paperwork that needed to be understood all in all a good experience. We shocked our children that we bough a car without their input shocking that we could get a beautiful car that they all love including grandchildren. That we were able to get a good price and not be swindled. A lot of appreciation to Christine who explained the financial part so easily to us. We made a good choice a good dealership and good people. Thank you. More
