From the first day I visited their showroom to the day I picked up my car the Rallye Team was wonderful. My salesman (Hasan Barakat) was perfect. He never once made me feel uncomfortable or that I was being taken advantage of. He took his time and dedicated 100% of his time to me to ensure I was comfortable and felt I was getting what I wanted, including the best price :0) I never once felt he and the rest of the Rallye Team were being pushy. I was also assisted by Pierre Abizeid, who was also wonderful. Richard Isaac went over the optional service and warranty coverage and again I never felt uncomfortable or that I was dealing with a typical sales manager who I couldn’t trust. Richard Isaac is a wonderful salesman, manager and person. James D'Agostino took his time going over the car technology with me and I never once felt rushed, only that I was interacting with an expert who had lots of patience with me. Overall – I went into this car shopping task expecting to be frustrated and again having an ugly or at best an OK car purchasing experience. Instead, I had a wonderful purchasing experience and would recommend Rallye BMW to anyone without hesitation. I wish all shopping experiences and relationships in life were as pleasurable and wonderful as what I have with Rallye BMW.
