I have been going this dealership for a while but only for services. This time I got myself a previously owned BMW through them. It was just as good as getting a service from them. I had some issues with my original salesman but Rallye quickly recognized my concerns... I have been dealing with Carlos Nieto, preowned Director. Carlos happily took care of all my issues. I am more than satisfied with my overall experience with Rallye BMW. It is clear to me that Rallye makes customer service their main priority....I will only purchase all future BMW's only from Rallye. I have been a BMW customer for the past 20 years and I am a loyal BMW owner & I can now say that I will be a loyal Rallye Customer. More

I had been searching for an X7 with a particular set of packages for over 45 days. My search was across the nation as we have limited inventory in Michigan. Being an out of state buyer I've had experiences packages for over 45 days. My search was across the nation as we have limited inventory in Michigan. Being an out of state buyer I've had experiences that weren't the best until I spoke with Robert Wachsman and then finally I had the most outstanding customer sales experience ever and ended buying a 21 CPO X7 with everything that I was looking for in my BMW. I couldn't be happier and wish that I had met and worked with Robert sooner. He took the time to talk about the dealership, the brand, introduced himself and understood what I was looking for and why I had expressed interest in an X7 that had just been returned to the dealership. There was no pressure at anytime during the sales process to put money down, lock in the car etc. He went above and beyond to get me pictures of the vehicle, all the additional info that I had requested and patiently answered all my questions. He also made the shipping process easier by connecting me with a shipping company that was also outstanding to work with. When I visited the dealership, Robert had everything in place for me to take a look at the car, complete the paperwork, get familiar with all the options on the car without any delay so I could catch my return flight the same day. Thanks to Dylan Diaz, Sharronda James and James Geary for working with me at the dealership. Robert also helped out by keeping the car at the dealership for an additional 2 weeks as I had unplanned international travel. The shipping was also timed to perfection so that the car was delivered to my home a couple of days after I returned from my trip. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I got from Robert Wachsman and Rallye BMW. I look forward to working with them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family. More

In speaking with Rallye, James was my initial contact who was extremely helpful. Joe Lipari took over and helped me understand a few things and I happily purchased the vehicle from Joe.
