Since 2007 I have come to this location for ALL my oil changes and services. Nothing really “special” about this location for me to refer anyone here. This past experience the agent was not pleasant. Not changes and services. Nothing really “special” about this location for me to refer anyone here. This past experience the agent was not pleasant. Not rude but just seemed down. I noticed my vehicle service was completed and parked and I watched him for about 20minutes before he finally sent me the message to see him to pick up my keys. To which he gave the paper work to someone else because he was on what seemed to be a personal call. Never acknowledging me or saying thank you or anything. I don’t need to refer anyone here. More

I had an appointment with Raven, I was met by Zach and was told he would be doing my appointment. I had already been quoted by JC my typical agent which I won’t discuss but I will say he is an excellent a was told he would be doing my appointment. I felt like he wasn’t being honest, ( again I was quoted already) he then removed several components and had my quote to about 1400 and he then stated “ you’re really just paying for fluids”. I was appalled. I opted to have just an oil change. He refused to give me a print out of how much everything was with the 120k service. When I checked out Raven was present for my payment? She quoted me minus the oil change around 1000. Needless to say it felt like Zach tried to ROB me. More

The staff is very pleasant. As a customer with little time to have maintenance done in my car, I appreciate that Cobb County Toyota has a full staff. Each time I’ve gone in there, with or without an appointment, the wait is minimal, even though the waiting room is always full. I won’t lie, I have been to many car dealerships in my life, and this one by far has been my favorite to deal with. More
