My appointment was 8:30 for oil change only and didn’t get out until 12:00. I received a text at 10:50 saying pending replacing the air filter and windshield wipers. I was not told that i have to answer get out until 12:00. I received a text at 10:50 saying pending replacing the air filter and windshield wipers. I was not told that i have to answer yes or no. In the past, the advisor came and asked. I guessed I am just another number.. Almost 2.5 hours for an oil change, i want to leave and never come back. I flagged down someone and asked why my car not done and was told i have to answer the text yes or no but that was not making clear to me. I finally got the car back after 12. I asked what is the appointment for and was told like appointment for a doctor. I was never wait at doctor more than 15’ My windshield wiper had some dust from recently dust storm but perfectly fine. I came because it was Toyota City but now. I will go to Toyota City or better yet to a garage or do it myself. I question about the price and horrible service. Who needs the frustrations. More

I spent almost 3 hours (11:30 am to 2:10 pm) to change oil. When you buy business customers' first impression is so important. Cowboy was a different story. Dude saw me sitting in my car, arrived first before a white lady and he just walked past my car to get to her and also around it to get back to his desk. I just sat in my car waiting to be assisted, and white lady and he just walked past my car to get to her and also around it to get back to his desk. A nice white lady service person came to ask me if I’ve been assisted, she flagged him to let him know I’ve been sitting there. I’ll just start going to another Toyota. Thank you for the discount because I called out the xx though. It’s simple honestly to assist ppl. I go where I’m accepted. More
