This is One of worst dealerships, Sold me a Malfunction
vehicle, just after 2 days of purchase of 2020 QX60 on 10/28/23, drove to my work, on my way an alarm light was flashing say Emergency braking system
vehicle, just after 2 days of purchase of 2020 QX60 on 10/28/23, drove to my work, on my way an alarm light was flashing say Emergency braking system unavailable, Parking assist and blind spot monitors were not working I took pictures of it, took the vehicle to the dealership same day, sales person Qamar drove the vehicle for a mile, the light did not came up, said if it comes again bring the vehicle, the light came again after I drove 7 miles, I called the sales person he said bring the vehicle next day he'll arrange the loaner to drop off, when I went that day, the service personnel said the loaner vehicle is not arranged, so I have to bring it in next day, they kept the vehicle for 6 days , didn't fix the issues, gave me the vehicle back saying it was working when I bought the vehicle, they did not honor 7 day exchange policy, 1000 miles / 30 day warranty, sales manager Rodney and Sale person Qamar were dishonest, didn't kept the promise when they sold the vehicle and after. They don't even care about their customers just want to sell what ever vehicle they have, don't worry about letting the customers driving the unsafe vehicle.
Noi I regret my decision that I went to this dealership bought a car with dishonest sales team.

This vehicle was returned with malfunctioning sensors due to obvious damage to the front end. There was even a bag stuck in the air dam. We have clear photos of the vehicle without this damage. We have videos of the vehicle without the damage on the day of your purchase. I attempted to review these with you, but you refused to even look at the photos with me. You test-drove the vehicle prior to purchase and this issue was not present. It would not have been missed by you or anyone else. We stand behind our vehicles above and beyond what is required and have an excellent reputation for taking care of our clients, but we do not take the place of insurance companies. Ultimately we're sorry that this occurred as no one wants to deal with certain features in their vehicle not working no matter the cause. We wish you the best for the future in your new car.

I have been to the dealership 8 times in Total since 10/128. When I noticed the alarm light on the dashboard I came the same day to the dealership 10/30/23, Qamar sales person drove the vehicle for a mile the light didn't come up, we didn't notice any damage that time, even filled the air in front tire to get rid of low tire pressure warning, the light came on again 10/31/23, I brought the vehicle to the service department on 11/1/23, that time service person George noticed there's a paper stuck on the grill which was not present on Monday 10/30 and the light warning was present then, when Mr George pulled of that paper noticed the lower bumper was off, not damaged or broken, it was loose, it was possibly not fitted tight, I may come off loose driving on these bumpy roads, that paper stuck was possibly from the dust when I drove to the dealership which was not present in that morning when I drove to my work. He told me to that warning sign possibly from the paper, I told him it was present even before, I have to come back next 11/23 to drop off the vehicle since the laoner vehicle was arranged, I came back to dealership on Saturday 11/4/23 after got a call from koons on 11/3/23, Mr Rodney spoke to me telling His service person was not here and he said everything will be taken care of, he will extend the 7 day exchange time period since the vehicle was at the dealership, also mentioned that he'll extend the loaner vehicle, I came to the dealership to pick up the vehicle on 11/7/23, you guys said service person just put the loose grill back in place , they were not going to fix the main issue with the vehicle, During that day Mr Qamar, Mr Rodney and myself sat at the desk discuss extensively comparing the picture, even i showed up the picture which I have from the date of purchase and till that time, you just kept ignoring what I saying and didn't pay attention for explanation, you just walked away not me, i just left the dealership with feeling of betrayal, being cheated and got blamed for nothing I did.
I don't think you guys Will understand or accept the mistake .

Poor job repairing scratches on my vehicle.
Told them I wasn’t pleased and they basically blew me off. I was told to get with my sales person which I did and he said someone will be calling me
