Scheduled appt for inspection, dropped car of in morning 7:30am. Was told car would be ready by end of day. Car was not ready, inspection was not performed. Car was held overnight and was not ready until 7:30am. Was told car would be ready by end of day. Car was not ready, inspection was not performed. Car was held overnight and was not ready until end of next day. Dealership held my car for two days to perform an inspection, no loaner was provided to accommodate, in addition I was told new tires were required and they would need to keep the car another two days until they got the tires. Again, without providing me a loaner. I picked up the car and took my service to another facility who completed the work in 1/2 day, included installing new tires and completing inspection. On top of that, when I picked up the car, had to wait 30min until they could unjam the drawer locker holding all the keys. Very disappointed in service. It’s the last time I will bring my car to the dealership for service. More
