Edwin could not have been nicer. I found it odd that you would do a tire rotation without also including an alignment on my car. Also, my antenna was left in the front seat. I wanted the dealership to look into an issue with my touchscreen but was told it would be $200.00 for a diagnostic scan. I told them I had purchased a maintenance plan and they told me it was only for touchscreen but was told it would be $200.00 for a diagnostic scan. I told them I had purchased a maintenance plan and they told me it was only for drive train. I have the paperwork showing that it is the “Platinum” maintenance plan. I called the maintenance plan company who said that the screen was covered under the plan. I called the dealership And left a voicemail for the service manager who never returned my call. More
