Unfortunately this last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I scheduled a Quick Lane visit for my truck in person with Paula. While I was there, I asked that Earl get pre-approval for tires from my fl mouth. I scheduled a Quick Lane visit for my truck in person with Paula. While I was there, I asked that Earl get pre-approval for tires from my fleet mgmt. company, and gave Earl the exact model tire I wanted. A few days later Earl advised me he had no source for those tires, so I told him I would pass on the tires and get them else ware. When I brought the vehicle in, I told the service advisor (I believe it was Kaleb) to forget about the tires, and that I would be waiting for the Quick Lane service. After several hours go by with the vehicle not being complete and no update, I walked back to check with Dave Smith, he advised the Quick Lane service was done, but they were waiting on tires...I was not happy, and told him it will not be getting tires and to go ahead and finish it up. The next day, I get an email from my fleet mgmt company asking for approval for the tires, as well as several other "upsell" items your SA decided to try to float through which I obviously declined. So basically I was sitting in your waiting room for hours, and would have never received any info from your SA, and he would not have received an approval that day due to the complexity of that process. I expressed my frustration Earl and I believe we came to an understanding going forward, but if one of your SA's ever take it upon themselves to pull that stunt again (trying to get approval from my fleet mgmt company for additional services without talking to me first), I will never set foot in your dealership again. After many years using Koons for new vehicle purchases and service, and many very positive reviews it pains me to have to submit the review. Tom More

Scheduled an appointment for a recall for my 2025 ford explorer SUV. Dropped off the vehicle at 6:30am day of service appointment. Returned at 3:00pm and service advisor told me my vehicle had not been se explorer SUV. Dropped off the vehicle at 6:30am day of service appointment. Returned at 3:00pm and service advisor told me my vehicle had not been serviced. This is unacceptable!! Service manager apologized and really had no reason why my vehicle had not been checked within the 4 hours I was told at appointment. More
