The service dept was very responsive and communication was very thorough. My main complain is how poorly the ID4 was design; from its rather pathetic full charge/mileage range/poor battery management to r was very thorough. Frankly I can not wait to get rid of the ID4. Such a sad, underwhelming experience. I would recommend the ID4 only to my worst enemy! More
