I have yet to have a bad experience at Wellesley Volkswagen. The only reason for the 4 star is the level of expense that come switch repairs, Drew is always and still is amazing!!! Volkswagen. Went to dealership for VW ID. 4's first annual maintenance. Our car had 2 pending recalls and we worked with Mike to make sure our recall work coincided with this maintenance. We s 4's first annual maintenance. Our car had 2 pending recalls and we worked with Mike to make sure our recall work coincided with this maintenance. We shared videos of the car's issues with Mike, Karl, Sam, Drew & Alisha. Karl kept us informed about the process and ensured timely completion. The car's issues were related with the car's 2 recalls (software update, door handle lock/unlock non-responsive in rain). Thank you Mike, Karl & team. More
