I want to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Alicia and Sam at the Wellesley dealership. From my very first phone call, they stood out from every other dealership I contacted. After calling several places and feeling like I was being brushed off, it was such a relief to speak with Sam. His calm, reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease during a very stressful situation. My air conditioning had stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year, and instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, he listened, reassured me, and made me feel confident that they would help. Because of the exceptional way Sam treated me over the phone, I drove about an hour to the Wellesley dealership. From the moment I walked through the door, Alicia continued that same level of exceptional service. She was warm, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was seen as quickly as possible. She also reassured me that they would determine the problem, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Both Alicia and Sam demonstrated what true customer service should look like. Their professionalism, compassion, patience, and eagerness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. They made me feel valued as a customer, and their kindness did not go unnoticed. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for me and believe their exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized and rewarded. I started as a Wellesley VW customer when I moved to the area in 2019. At that time I was a VW customer. I have found the service center to be knowledgeable and fair priced. That was with my preowned 2014 V area in 2019. At that time I was a VW customer. I have found the service center to be knowledgeable and fair priced. That was with my preowned 2014 VW Passat. After 10 years with the Passat I traded up to a Jetta. The team in VW sales were great with me. I found a Jetta that checked all my boxes. I continue to be a VW Wellesley service customer. More

My service was easy to schedule and my car was delivered when promised. I especially appreciate the shuttle service that Wellesley VW provides.
