When I made my appointment, I was told they could complete all the tests needed on my car. However, when I brought it in, I was informed they didn't have time to do everything. Despite that, they end complete all the tests needed on my car. However, when I brought it in, I was informed they didn't have time to do everything. Despite that, they ended up doing all the work, but I had to wait all day. Then I was told that a part was needed, and they had to order it, so I had to leave my car there for the weekend and Monday. In the end, though, everything was taken care of. One thing I wish they had done differently is bring your car to the door when you come back to pick it up, like they do at other VW dealerships. The guy told me my car was in the back left corner of the parking lot, but it was actually in the front left corner. To make things more complicated, a car waiting for service was blocking me in. I had to go back inside to find someone who then had to locate the keys to move the blocking car so I could leave. Overall, the service was completed, but the experience could have been smoother with better communication and a little extra convenience. More

Drew and the service team have been great. They have done the best they can do with my situation and I apprecate what they have done. I am always impressed with Karl's professionalism and honesty. He always keeps me informed on the status of the work being completed with my car. Great experience as always. The staff is attentive, keeps you updated on the progress of the work, and offers a couple of alternatives to potentially expensive repairs. We hav The staff is attentive, keeps you updated on the progress of the work, and offers a couple of alternatives to potentially expensive repairs. We have three VWs they care for and this is by far the best service experience we have had have previously worked with three dealership service departments and two private VW specialists. Wellesley wins. More
