When I made my appointment, I was told they could complete all the tests needed on my car. However, when I brought it in, I was informed they didn't have time to do everything. Despite that, they end complete all the tests needed on my car. However, when I brought it in, I was informed they didn't have time to do everything. Despite that, they ended up doing all the work, but I had to wait all day. Then I was told that a part was needed, and they had to order it, so I had to leave my car there for the weekend and Monday. In the end, though, everything was taken care of. One thing I wish they had done differently is bring your car to the door when you come back to pick it up, like they do at other VW dealerships. The guy told me my car was in the back left corner of the parking lot, but it was actually in the front left corner. To make things more complicated, a car waiting for service was blocking me in. I had to go back inside to find someone who then had to locate the keys to move the blocking car so I could leave. Overall, the service was completed, but the experience could have been smoother with better communication and a little extra convenience. More

I brought my daughters 2024 Taos in for it first visit since buying it as a CPO used car. The service team took great care of the car and I was thrilled to find they were able to use the free service cr since buying it as a CPO used car. The service team took great care of the car and I was thrilled to find they were able to use the free service credit as the car had less than 30K miles. More

I own a 2015 VW GTI and have taken it to Wellseley VW for various service throughout the years. They’ve always been honest and done great work. Recently my turbo started acting up and the service writers wer various service throughout the years. They’ve always been honest and done great work. Recently my turbo started acting up and the service writers were happy to inform me that it may be covered by the PZEVE warranty. The process was explained clearly and all steps were done promptly. Eventually I was able to get the turbo replaced under warranty, all work was done sooner than expected, and there have been zero issues with the car since. No rattles, warning lights, etc. The job was done properly and well, which is high praise for a car nut like myself. I highly recommend this place. More

When I dropped off the car, the service provider recommended a specific maintenance service with a 1k price tag. When I prompted him to check my car’s service history, he discovered that in fact tha recommended a specific maintenance service with a 1k price tag. When I prompted him to check my car’s service history, he discovered that in fact that same service had recently been completed *at their dealership* and was not at all necessary. Yikes! He apologized for the (huge) oversight… Later on, he contacted me to communicate about another recommended job. When I asked for a breakdown of cost of parts + labor he did not answer my question. I asked two more times and he assured me the detailed estimate would be written up in the service report when I picked up my car. It was not. So essentially, I was recommended to complete two services- the first one the dealership had already completed recently and for the second one the details I requested multiple times were never provided.
