Replacing brake lines due to Vermont Auto Inspection Fail Fredson Small, Service Manager was such a help to me. Everyone was so kind, and they truly have real gentlemen working for them. Warranty Work I am quite pleased with Dave in Service as he has gone above and beyond for customer satisfaction and making sure I was ok. The mechanic as well should be commended for being thorough in his work. Duane in sales is a great person to speak with. Richard the shuttle driver is quite knowledgeable and should be commended as well. I may need him to go car shopping with me in the future. Ford as a company needs to learn to stand behind its product and fix the defaults. More
