Top notch service!! We purchased our third vehicle in the last 2 years from Lebanon Ford. Their service is spectacular. We had an oil leak in our new 2020 Explorer. They We purchased our third vehicle in the last 2 years from Lebanon Ford. Their service is spectacular. We had an oil leak in our new 2020 Explorer. They had the vehicle for longer than we did... BUT they kept us posted on progress and made sure we had a vehicle we needed to get through the service period. Ford ended up replacing the motor after several failures at correcting the problem. David C, Phil and Keith were awesome. David kept us posted every step of the way and personally road tested our vehicle. Keith came out of the garage and talked with us when we would stop for a service update. Phil has been super at making sure we were taken care of. We cannot recommend them highly enough. More

Friendly and great service Everyone is pleasant to talk to and very helpful. Service is on par for getting the work done. I needed new winter tires as my old one were too worn .
