Service was great for four years thanks to Phil. Lebanon Ford Sales is a total different story. The sales department doesn't want to deal with anyone who has knowledge of trade-in value or purchasin Lebanon Ford Sales is a total different story. March 2022 I went in talked to the Sales manager 4 times in four days about ordering a new F250 Lariat crew cab with the ultimate package etc. The Sales manager never got the correct options or got back to me. So I ordered a new Exact truck I wanted from Irwin Automotive Group that will be here in August 2022. Which Lebanon Ford said takes 6-8 months. Unfortunately they're the only local Ford dealer close by so they don't think people with drive 60 mile radius to get treated like a customer with respect. This F250 2022 would of been our 4th new vehicle in 5 years all $50,000 + each. I will no longer do business at Lebanon Ford. I will no longer recommend their Sales or service because of their sales personnel. PS I have all emails and my NEW truck order # which is now scheduled for production. Have a great day. More
