Service was great for four years thanks to Phil. Lebanon Ford Sales is a total different story. March 2022 I went in talked to the Sales manager 4 times in four days about ordering a new F250 Lariat crew cab with the ultimate package etc. The Sales manager never got the correct options or got back to me. So I ordered a new Exact truck I wanted from Irwin Automotive Group that will be here in August 2022. Which Lebanon Ford said takes 6-8 months. Unfortunately they're the only local Ford dealer close by so they don't think people with drive 60 mile radius to get treated like a customer with respect. This F250 2022 would of been our 4th new vehicle in 5 years all $50,000 + each. I will no longer do business at Lebanon Ford. I will no longer recommend their Sales or service because of their sales personnel. PS I have all emails and my NEW truck order # which is now scheduled for production. Have a great day. More

The staff were honest with us in their assessment of the vehicle and allowed us to try the vehicle out without hovering over us. We discussed the possible purchase and worked out an agreeable arrangement which allowed us to purchase the vehicle. There was no pressure on the part of the dealership for making the sale. The sales end of the experience seemed a little rushed as I didn’t have time to process all the items being presented but it ended up being ok. Since taking possession of the vehicle, my son noticed a small item that needed attention and the service department worked us in and took care of the issue. Overall, I would recommend visiting this dealership if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. They were very supportive, informative and helpful to work with. More
