The mechanics at the Lebanon Ford dealer recently found many issues wrong with my car. It was stressful, because I did not want to fix everything at once for financial reasons. Dave especially had to explain and re-explain what was wrong and then help me prioritize my service plan. I was stressed because I am not educated about cars. Dave and Sam are both good at explaining things then then working with me to make a good decision. I also appreciate the male and female drivers who get me to and from work when I am having my car worked on. I forget their names, but they are really pleasant. I tried to look them up on the website and could not find them. Is there a reason why they are not in the "Staff" section of the website? Not to be overlooked, the mechanics there must be good. I don't know any of them, but have not had a relapse of a single problem which I have brought to them to fix. One of the senior mechanics actually listen to one of the failing parts of my car with stethoscope. He meant business. Thank you Lebanon Ford for a great overall experience. More

Excellent service! I wasn't sure if a Ford dealer would appreciate working on my Dodge but David Cowdrey assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Excellent attention to detail Lebanon Ford is just great. I have been driving a new 2018 F250 KR for a few months now. Putting lots of miles on it. In fact, enough for my third Lebanon Ford is just great. I have been driving a new 2018 F250 KR for a few months now. Putting lots of miles on it. In fact, enough for my third oil change now. I have had only one mechanical/electrical issue... the rear tailgate lock solenoid intermittently would fail. It was not on my service list, but when I told them about the problem, they were all over it like white on rice. They did not have the part in stock, but ordered it and installed it on my next visit. Besides the solenoid experience, service has been a snap. Oil changes, tire rotation, balancing (nasty New Hampshire roads take a toll), etc. Highly recommended, no matter where you are in NH or VT. More
