Answered all my questions I went in with some hard to describe problems. The service writer worked with me, helped me better phrase them, and worked for solutions. I consider myself technically savvy, but I just had it wrong. He explained the purpose, a little of what goes on behind the panel, and showed me how to use it. A bit of an expensive lesson for me, but done with understanding and never condescending. Thanks guys. More

My Review I thought the service at Lebanon Ford was fantastic. I had an airbag replaced, changed the transmission fluid and there was a sensor issue. They found I thought the service at Lebanon Ford was fantastic. I had an airbag replaced, changed the transmission fluid and there was a sensor issue. They found the problem and repaired it. Even the drivers they have are very good at keeping a conversation going. The whole experience was fantastic. More
